Refund & Cancelation Policy

What happens if I need to cancel my trip? 

The last thing we want is for you to lose your money with us. Here are some tips on how to resolve trip cancellations. 

Trips cancelled less than 60 days before confirmed departure dates are subject to our cancellation policy. Please note that your initial deposit is non-refundable, and a partial refund will be issued to ensure an amicable solution between both parties. Suppose your trip is cancelled less than 60 days before your confirmed departure date. In that case, you will be subjected to a 20% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after your deposit for the inconvenience incurred. 

Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less will result in a 100% fee for the total amount paid after the deposit. 

However, you can also credit your balance and transfer it to a future trip. Please note that this may also result in additional fees if your accommodation and activities have been and are non-refundable from our excursion partners. 

Also, note that refunds will be returned via card transaction. 
 

 

 

You canceled my trip? 

 

Trips canceled by Wanderlust Travel Group due to travel restrictions will result in a partial refund; your deposit is non-refundable and you will receive a refund on  all following payments made to your trip. You also have the ability to credit your trip balance and transfer it to a future trip.
